Korea’s dominant ride-hailing app, usable in English. Regular taxis (base fare ₩4,800)
are the standard local option; Black/Deluxe taxis (base fare ₩7,000) offer quieter, more
spacious rides. Fare is fully metered — no negotiation — with app-based card payment.
- 1Install Kakao T and register a credit card before travel. The app works in English with signup by email or phone.
- 2At the airport, go to the regular taxi stand (T1 Gate 5C/6C/6D, T2 Gate 7C) or the Deluxe taxi stand (T1 Gate 7C/8C, T2 Gate 7D).
- 3Drop-off address: 9F Regen Medical Tower, 463 Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu. Expressway tolls (~₩8,000) and late-night surcharge (22:00–04:00) are added to the meter.

Korea’s dedicated airport railway. Reserved-seat non-stop express to Seoul Station, then a
subway transfer to Sinnonhyeon. Entirely unaffected by traffic — the fastest route during
morning and evening rush hours. Luggage racks, onboard restrooms, reserved seating.
- 1From ICN B1, take AREX Express to Seoul Station. 43 min from T1, 51 min from T2. Official fare ₩13,000 (discount tickets ~₩11,400 online).
- 2At Seoul Station, transfer to Subway Line 9 Express toward Sports Complex. ~23 min to Sinnonhyeon Station (additional subway fare ∼₩1,550 via T-money).
- 3Exit Gate 7 — Regen Medical Tower is a 2-minute walk along Gangnam-daero.

The same rail-plus-subway path as Option 05, but using the regular AREX Commuter (All Stop)
service — stops at every station, no reserved seating. Less than half the price of the
Express. Best if you travel light and arrive outside rush hour.
- 1From ICN B1, take the AREX Commuter (All Stop) train to Seoul Station. ~59 min from T1, fare ~₩4,450.
- 2Transfer to Subway Line 9 toward Sports Complex. ~25–30 min to Sinnonhyeon Station (subway fare ∼₩1,550).
- 3Exit Gate 7 — 2 min walk to Regen Medical Tower, 9F.
Tip: Buy a T-money card at any CU / GS25 convenience store — one card covers trains, buses, and subways nationwide, and gives a small discount on transfers.
