大家好! It's been over a month 自從 my 胸部整形 在 UNE 整形外科, 和 time 真的 flies!

At first, I 老實說 wondered when the 壓力胸衣 phase would end 和 the swelling would go down.

By the one-month mark, I finally ditched the 壓力胸衣 和 started wearing regular bras! I took capsular contracture prevention medication for about a month 和 have stopped it now.

謝謝 to 金誼健院長, the master of pain-free surgery, my procedure time was short, 所以 reco非常 之後 胸部整形 felt 真的 quick! Now I can do e非常thing—sleeping on my back, side-sleeping, you name it! 所以metimes I 實際上 forget I even had 胸部整形, haha. At this point, there's 真的 no discomfort at all.

Compared to 第1周, I can definitely feel the tissue has loosened up a lot (it's amazing!).

That said, I think more time is still needed for full settling.

At this one-month-plus point, I genuinely believe I made the best decision getting this surgery. I spent a lot of time thinking it through 之前h和 和 considered potential complications—自從 this surgery meant 所以 much to me, I'm even more satisfied 搭配 how it turned out!
