Breast Augmentation 1-Month Review: Out of the Post-Op Bra, Sharing How I Healed

Hey everyone~ It's already been over a month since my breast surgery at UNE, haha. Time really flies.

At first I kept wondering when the swelling would finally go down and when I'd get out of that surgical bra...

At the one month mark I finally got out of the surgical bra and started wearing a regular bra! I also took the anti-capsular contracture medication for about a month and just stopped it.

Thanks to Dr. Kim Uigeon being incredible at keeping things comfortable, and since the surgery itself didn't take long, I feel like I bounced back really quickly afterward, haha. Now I can raise my arms overhead, sleep on my side, all of it! Sometimes I honestly forget I even had surgery lol. That's how comfortable everything feels now ????

Compared to the one week mark, the tissue feels a lot softer now (it's kind of amazing).

That said, I think it probably still needs a bit more time ????

Now that it's been over a month, I really feel like I made the right choice getting this surgery done. I thought about it for a really long time beforehand, even considering the possibility of side effects, and because I wanted it so badly, I'm even more satisfied with how it turned out!
