It\'s been exactly one month 自从 my 隆胸 在 UNE 整形外科, 所以 I wanted to share my one-month update!

When I was looking for reviews right 术后, I had 所以 many questions about "what will it feel like at one month?" Now I\'m hoping I can help 所以meone else by documenting my experience.

# Surgery Summary

Hospital: UNE整形外科

切口: 腋窝 (underarm)

假体: Motiva (魔滴) (Left 340cc / Right 360cc)

Post-op Care: Weekly capsule management sessions

# 1个月 Changes

老实说, right 术后 I was thinking "will this ever look natural?" 但在 a month, I can 真的 feel the swelling going down 和 the 形态 continuing to improve.

The feel is getting 更柔软 too! I think this is definitely 谢谢 to the weekly capsule management 医院 has been doing for me.

(It 真的 does make a difference!). The pain was almost gone 之后 a week, 和 I had no trouble holding subway 和 bus h和les or doing daily activities.

At my one-month check-up, the surgeon even complimented me saying "it turned out beautifully, 和 you\'ve been taking great care of it!" ㅎㅎ

Hearing that made me feel 所以 proud...

# Bra Change: Comfortrap Golf Bra Glam G85

This is when I finally got to say goodbye to the 压力胸衣!!

They switched me to the Comfortrap Golf Bra Glam G85, 和 this bra is 所以 舒适 和 pretty.

Plus, now that I\'m out of the 压力胸衣, my clothing options have opened up 所以 much — I\'m 所以 happy about it.

It\'s been 真的 fun pulling out all those clothes I\'ve been wanting to wear ㅎㅎ

# Living Tips & Precautions

Let me share 所以me advice the surgeon gave me at my check-up:

Make sure to do upper body stretches consistently!

→ It helps reduce stiffness 和 aids reco非常.

I was told I can lift objects up to 20kg, 所以 daily life restrictions have decreased significantly.

Side sleeping is okay now!

​

→ For people like me who need to side sleep to get good rest, this was such welcome news

Sleeping on my stomach will be possible 之后 3 months post-op.

# Note for Those Living Abroad!

I had my one-month check-up 和 then traveled abroad, 和 医院 said they\'ll continue to follow up 搭配 me if I send photos via KakaoTalk.

I 真的 appreciated how carefully they looked 之后 this, 和 I think people living overseas won\'t need to worry too much about post-op care. ????

​# Final Summary & Honest Review

I have 所以 much more confidence than 术前, 和 even though I\'m still healing, I can feel my breasts settling into a more natural 和 beautiful 形态.

Most importantly, the 随访 care is 所以 thorough that I\'m recovering 没有 any anxiety.

Satisfaction: 100 out of 100 points!

(老实说, I want to give myself a pat on the back for going through 搭配 it ㅎㅎ)
