Motiva 340/360cc One Month Review: Weekly Capsule Care, 100/100

Hi everyone :)

It's been exactly one month since I got my breast augmentation at UNE Plastic Surgery, so I wanted to share my one month review!

When I was looking up reviews right after surgery, I had so many questions like "what does it feel like at the one month mark?" Now that I'm here, I figured I could help someone else out, so I'm writing this down.

# One Month Changes

Honestly, right after surgery I was like, "is this ever going to look natural?"

But now that a month has passed, the swelling has gone down a lot and the shape is looking prettier every day.

The texture is getting softer too! I think it's thanks to the weekly capsule care I got at the clinic.

(Seriously, getting it done makes a real difference..!) The discomfort was pretty much gone after a week, and I had no trouble holding onto subway or bus handles at all.

At my one month checkup, Dr. Kim even complimented me, saying "this turned out really well, and you've been taking great care of yourself" lol

Hearing that made me kind of proud...

# Bra Change: Comfort Lab Golf Bra Glam G85

This is when I finally got to say goodbye to the compression bra!!

They switched me to the Comfort Lab Golf Bra Glam G85, and this bra is seriously comfortable and cute.

Best part is, once I was off the compression bra, my everyday outfit options opened up so much, and I'm so happy about it.

It's been so much fun pulling out clothes I've been wanting to wear this whole time lol

#Daily Tips & Precautions

I'll also share what Dr. Kim told me during my checkup:

He told me to really make sure to do upper body stretches!

→ Apparently it helps reduce stiffness and speeds up recovery.

He said I could lift things up to 20kg, so my daily life got a lot less restricted.

He also said sleeping on my side is fine now!

→ Great news for people like me who can only fall asleep on their side

He said sleeping on my stomach will be okay starting 3 months after surgery!

# For Those Living Abroad!

I actually flew back overseas right after my one month checkup,

and the clinic told me they'd keep following up with me if I send photos through KakaoTalk.

They were so thorough about this, and I really appreciated it,

so I think even people living abroad won't have to worry too much about aftercare.

# Overall Summary & Honest Review

I feel so much more confident than before surgery,

and even though I'm still healing, I can tell it's settling into a natural, pretty shape little by little.

Most of all, the aftercare has been so thorough that I've been able to recover without any anxiety.

Satisfaction: 100 out of 100!

(Honestly, I want to give myself a pat on the back for going through with it lol)
