Breast augmentation before and after — real patient review | UNE Plastic Surgery

Hi there! :)

It\'s been exactly one month since my breast augmentation at UNE Plastic Surgery, so I wanted to share my one-month update!

When I was looking for reviews right after surgery, I had so many questions about "what will it feel like at one month?" Now I\'m hoping I can help someone else by documenting my experience.

# Surgery Summary

Hospital: UNE Plastic Surgery

Incision: Transaxillary (underarm)

Implants: Motiva (Left 340cc / Right 360cc)

Post-op Care: Weekly capsule management sessions

# One-Month Changes

Honestly, right after surgery I was thinking "will this ever look natural?" but after a month, I can really feel the swelling going down and the shape continuing to improve.

The feel is getting softer too! I think this is definitely thanks to the weekly capsule management the hospital has been doing for me.

(It really does make a difference!). The pain was almost gone after a week, and I had no trouble holding subway and bus handles or doing daily activities.

At my one-month check-up, the surgeon even complimented me saying "it turned out beautifully, and you\'ve been taking great care of it!" ㅎㅎ

Hearing that made me feel so proud...

# Bra Change: Comfortrap Golf Bra Glam G85

This is when I finally got to say goodbye to the compression bra!!

They switched me to the Comfortrap Golf Bra Glam G85, and this bra is so comfortable and pretty.

Plus, now that I\'m out of the compression bra, my clothing options have opened up so much — I\'m so happy about it.

It\'s been really fun pulling out all those clothes I\'ve been wanting to wear ㅎㅎ

# Living Tips & Precautions

Let me share some advice the surgeon gave me at my check-up:

Make sure to do upper body stretches consistently!

→ It helps reduce stiffness and aids recovery.

I was told I can lift objects up to 20kg, so daily life restrictions have decreased significantly.

Side sleeping is okay now!

→ For people like me who need to side sleep to get good rest, this was such welcome news

Sleeping on my stomach will be possible after 3 months post-op.

# Note for Those Living Abroad!

I had my one-month check-up and then traveled abroad, and the hospital said they\'ll continue to follow up with me if I send photos via KakaoTalk.

I really appreciated how carefully they looked after this, and I think people living overseas won\'t need to worry too much about post-op care. ????

# Final Summary & Honest Review

I have so much more confidence than before surgery, and even though I\'m still healing, I can feel my breasts settling into a more natural and beautiful shape.

Most importantly, the follow-up care is so thorough that I\'m recovering without any anxiety.

Satisfaction: 100 out of 100 points!

(Honestly, I want to give myself a pat on the back for going through with it ㅎㅎ)

If anyone reading this is approaching their surgery date, I hope this gives you a sense of what to expect at the one-month mark.

If you have any questions, feel free to leave them in the comments and I\'ll answer what I can! ????
