1. 术前 

I was worried 因为 I hadn't slept well 之前 the procedure, 但 all 工作人员 和 nurses were incredibly kind 和 helpful. It put me at ease. 

We adjusted the 大小 right 术前, 和 医生 incorporated my feedback 和 helped calm my nerves—I felt completely 舒适.

2. Immediately 术后

The procedure took about 33 minutes, 和 reco非常 was quick—I was able to take a taxi home by myself. 

The compression garment was 自然地 snug, 但 other than that, I was surprised to have no pain.

所以me people mentioned 所以reness in the underarm area, 但 fortunately I didn't experience that discomfort. 

Instead, my nipples became quite sensitive, 和 rubbing against clothing caused pain—所以 definitely bring nipple covers 和 keep them h和y!

3. Week One

There was significant swelling 和 the compression garment 和 b和 felt tight, 但 even 搭配 the swelling, the 形态 looked 所以 good that I was happy 搭配 the 大小. 

I'd 真的 recommend going one 大小 larger than you initially think... 

Other than wearing the compression garment consistently, I didn't have any major difficulties.

4. Week Two

假体s haven't 所以ftened yet, 但 most of the major swelling is starting to subside. 

I couldn't wear V-neck tops 因为 of the compression garment, 但 the one day I wore just a sports bra, I realized I made the right choice getting 胸部整形 和 finding such an excellent clinic 和 surgeon.

Again, I 真的 mean it—go a 大小 larger than you think...
