Motiva Breast Surgery One-Month Update

Here\'s my one-month follow-up after breast surgery at Motiva!

It\'s now been exactly one month and two weeks,

so I wanted to share where I\'m at with the one-month mark!

Compared to my one-week post-op update, the upper fullness has improved tremendously, and the skin texture is gradually softening. The surface feels noticeably smoother now.

By the one-month point, almost all the pain I was experiencing from touching or moving had disappeared, and my arms had full range of motion in all directions. Now at one month and two weeks, I can even stretch my arms behind my back, so my mobility feels completely restored!

I finally ditched the compression bra and switched to a sports bra! ㅠㅠ

Now that I\'m in a sports bra, I can sleep on my side,

and honestly, my lower back feels so much better. That\'s been the best part so far ㅠㅠ

I\'m looking forward to the swelling going down more so everything softens up completely and my cleavage comes together even more!
