UNE Breast Surgery One-Month Review

This is my one-month review after having breast surgery at UNE!

It\'s actually been one month and two weeks now

Let me share where I\'m at at the one-month mark!

Compared to my one-week post-op review, the upper fullness has improved so much, and the feel is getting softer — the skin surface is gradually loosening up

By the one-month mark, almost all the pain I had when touching or moving was gone, and my arms moved completely normally up and down! Now at one month and two weeks, I can even stretch my arms behind my body, so I feel like my full range of motion is back!

I finally switched out of the compression bra and into a sports bra ㅠㅠ

With the sports bra, I was able to sleep on my side

It honestly felt so much better on my lower back — that was my favorite part ㅠㅠ

I\'m looking forward to the swelling going down more so everything gets softer and the cleavage comes together more
