One-Month Breast Augmentation Review: Upper Pole Puffiness Settling & Off the Compression

UNE breast augmentation — one month post-op review

Here's my one-month review after getting my breast surgery done at UNE!

Right now it's actually been a month and 2 weeks, and 

I wanted to share how things are looking at the one-month mark! 

Compared to my one-week post-op review, the upper pole puffiness has really calmed down a lot, and the skin on the surface feels softer and looser bit by bit.

By the one-month mark, pretty much all the soreness from touching or moving was gone, and I had full range of motion in both arms! Now that it's been a month and 2 weeks, I can even stretch my arms behind my back, so I feel like my movement is basically back to normal! 

I finally graduated from the compression bra to a sports bra, lol 

Now that I'm in a sports bra, I can actually sleep on my side, 

and honestly that's been the best part because my back feels so much more comfortable, lol 

Hoping the tissue loosens up soon so it gets even softer and my breasts come in closer together too.
