I\'m one week post-op from 胸部整形 搭配 金誼健院長 在 UNE 整形外科.

I chose UNE 因為 it\'s a breast-specialized cosmetic surgery clinic, 和 之後 reading many reviews 和 watching 金誼健院長\'s YouTube videos, I felt confident in my decision. ^^

My friends suggested I visit several clinics 之前 deciding, 但在 months of searching, UNE was the only one that stood out to me~!!

I booked my 面診 和 scheduled surgery the same day.

之後 all that research 和 YouTube watching, meeting 金誼健院長 in per所以n felt like seeing a celebrity! ㅋㅋ 

工作人員 在 UNE 整形外科, the manager, 和 金誼健院長 are incredibly kind—true kindness experts. 

He explained e非常thing in detail 和 made me feel completely at ease 期間 my 面診. ^^*

老實說, day one was painful—I can\'t say it didn\'t hurt. ㅜㅜ

I didn\'t win the pain-free lottery.,,, 

I was lying on the operating table, 和 when I opened my eyes, I was already in reco非常. I was breathing hard to help the 麻醉 wear off faster~!!  

醫生 came to check on me, I received 術後護理 instructions, 和 then went home. 

At home, the pain made it hard to sleep. 

Days 1–4 were quite painful. 

I found it difficult to manage daily tasks—lying down, getting up—沒有 a caregiver, 和 I showered 搭配 my caregiver\'s help on day 3.~~

Days 5–7

The pain started to gradually decrease 和 my arms began lifting little by little~!! 

I should have taken more walks, 但 it snowed 和 got 非常 cold, 所以 I mostly walked around indoors. ㅎㅎㅎ 

Day 8: I visited 診所 for laser treatment 和 a 隨訪 搭配 金誼健院長. ^^ 

Seeing 醫生 put my mind at ease, 和 I\'m doing well now~~ ㅎㅎ

My left breast had more swelling than my right, 和 my nipples were quite swollen too—I was worried—但 金院長 reassured me that the swelling would continue to go down 和 that the surgery went well. He 也 checked my underarm 切口. 

He said I could remove the upper b和, 和 he even adjusted my compression garment 大小~!!  

I think I\'m going to gain 所以 much weight! ㅋㅋㅋ 

The swelling has come down significantly—I look like a pregnant woman right now—和 I\'ve gained about 3kg, 但 醫生 said that\'s completely normal. ^^

Once my body recovers a bit more, I\'m planning to start body contouring right away~!! 

I have another clinic visit this week, 和 I\'m hoping the swelling reduces even more. ^^
