Haha, browsing other reviews during my recovery really helped me track my breast condition and healing progress. When I compared this clinic to other plastic surgery centers, I noticed a real difference in the depth of consultation — being a breast-specialty practice makes a huge difference.
So I've been posting monthly updates on my breast surgery recovery, and while healing has been a bit slower than expected, the progress looks really good so I'm here to show it off haha.
For the first two months I was really careful with my movements and took a break from my favorite workouts. I think I started lower body exercises around week 6!
The feel of the implants improved dramatically after about a month!
Now after two months, the heaviness and occasional sharp sensations are pretty much gone.
I followed all my surgeon's instructions and made sure to always wear a compression bra to bed — didn't want to risk the shape shifting haha.
Now I can sleep on my side comfortably and even lie on my stomach to use my phone.
For bras I'm using Doroty, and the V-Fit was way too tight so I switched to a friend's recommendation.
My before photos are in my previous post!
Here are my surgery specs:
47 kg, chest circumference 63 cm
Mentor Xtra 325, 350 cc
I'm going in for monthly follow-ups, and the surgeon and surgical coordinator still check everything thoroughly and carefully.
