Breast augmentation before and after — real patient review | UNE Plastic Surgery

I finally had the breast surgery I had vaguely promised myself someday ㅠㅠ. As befits a breast-focused clinic, the post-op management is systematic, and the progress checks were thorough.

To correct my asymmetry, a lift was included as well! (The photos might be a little graphic..????)

I had a fair amount of volume, but the asymmetry had always bothered me, and with age the sagging kept worsening.

It was not both sides sagging — only one side drooped, which stressed me to no end ????

Breast surgery frightened me, and since the sagging side needed a lift, the scarring worried me so much that I nearly resigned myself to living with it..haha. But I trusted Dr. Kim Uigeon and went ahead!!

I made the rounds of about four clinics and settled on UNE!

Both the consultant and the director consulted so kindly, haha.

I had endless questions — lift incisions come in so many types that I think I asked about every single one ????

They resolved every question clearly ????????????????

I also appreciated that they never pushed an excessive size, recommending what fit my body type instead.

Lying on the operating table I was so tense, but the consultant put me at ease, which meant a lot, haha.

Maybe I was one of the comfortable cases — I truly do not remember real pain!

Right after surgery I went out for pork belly and even to the movies, hahaha.

There is a slight ache only when lying down and getting up, but nothing serious!

I expected everything to feel foreign after surgery, but the cleavage, shape, and feel are all far less awkward than I imagined — so fascinating, hahaha.

It has not even been two weeks, so the two sides look slightly different, but with the lift involved, a difference in swelling seems inevitable ㅠㅠ

The scars are honestly.. hard to look at for now, so getting used to them will take a while ????????

But I plan to be strict about scar care!!

They say it takes three months to a year for breasts to look fully natural, so I hope the time flies and this becomes familiar ????
