1 Month Post-Op: Capsule Care Made Everything Softer, Sports Bras Are So Comfortable Now

Here's my 1 month post-op review!

I got capsule care every week after surgery, and honestly it was kind of amazing how the texture kept loosening up a bit more each time. It made me really look forward to seeing how much better things would get.

For about the first week, the band area felt a bit uncomfortable, but after that even the compression bra wasn't a big deal. At my 1 month check-up, Dr. Kim looked at how things were healing and gave me the okay to switch to a sports bra. Sports bras are seriously so much more comfortable, and honestly they give a prettier fit too, so I'm really happy about that.

The texture is still continuing to soften even now, and I'm told it'll keep improving, so I'm looking forward to that. The shape also came out natural and pretty, so overall I'm really satisfied.
