Breast Augmentation: Week 1 Review, A Cup to a Natural C+/D Cup

Before surgery I compared a total of 4 clinics, and I picked based on which one had lots of reviews, natural-looking results, and good feedback on pain and recovery. I ended up choosing this place because it kept coming up on Naver cafes, Sungyesa, Gangnam Unni, etc. as somewhere that really nails the natural look and style I was going for. Right after waking up from general anesthesia, what I noticed first wasn't so much the pain — it was more that I felt cold and a little nauseous. There was definitely some soreness in my chest, but it wasn't unbearable, and by that evening the discomfort had pretty much faded. Starting the day after surgery, it just felt like the kind of tight, achy feeling you get after a really intense chest workout, and the only slightly uncomfortable moment was getting up after lying down. Other than that, there was no throbbing or stabbing pain at all — honestly, it felt close to no discomfort. By day 4 post-op, I barely had any restrictions in daily life. I went to work with no issues, could wash my own hair, and had no problem taking the subway. Right now I'm just being a little careful about fully raising my arms overhead, but I can genuinely feel myself getting better day by day. I was so worried about the pain beforehand, but it ended up being way less painful than I expected and I healed smoothly, so overall I'm really happy with how the surgery went. Right now I've gone from an A cup to about a C+/D! Honestly, the earlier you get this done, the better. Since it's a breast-specialized plastic surgery clinic, the aftercare was really systematic too, and they followed up on my progress very thoroughly.
