Breast Augmentation 3-Month Update: Almost No Animation Deformity

It's already been 3 months since my surgery. Feels like the time flew by way faster than I expected.

At this point I'm basically back to my normal daily routine. I can even go for a light jog with no issues, and moving around in general feels a lot more comfortable now. One thing I was really worried about was that 'animation deformity' thing when lifting or carrying heavy stuff, but honestly I barely notice it at all, so that's been a huge relief.

In the beginning there was some tightness and pulling sensation that made me a bit cautious, but around the 3-month mark it just naturally started feeling normal. The shape and texture keep getting more natural, and my clothes fit so much better now with a nicer line — I'm really happy about that part.

I think it'll still take a bit more time to fully settle, but overall I'm satisfied so far and I can go about my day without any real issues, which is great. Looking forward to seeing it get even more natural as time goes on :)
