6-Month Update, 75D Cup: Soft, Natural Results After a 27 min. Surgery

It's already been 6 months since my surgery! Before the procedure I was really worried about the recovery process and the pain, but looking back now, my first thought is honestly that I'm so glad I went with Dr. Kim Uigeon. I get why people talk about the 27 min. breast augmentation and call him the go-to doctor for a hardly-any-pain recovery. **On the day of surgery**, I kept dry heaving from the general anesthesia and had pretty bad chills. Right after I came out of surgery the pain was pretty intense, but it didn't last long. What I remember more clearly is that once I got home by taxi, my throat was insanely dry and I just kept wanting water. Even drinking water didn't really help, so personally I'd recommend having a **back cushion and a humidifier** ready ahead of time. **From day 3 to about a week after surgery**, moving around wasn't as hard as I expected. Getting up from lying down was a bit tough, but overall it felt less like sharp pain and more like the muscle soreness you get the day after a really intense workout, around the chest and surrounding muscles. By around day 3 I was able to wash my hair and shower on my own, so it felt like I was healing faster than I thought I would. **After about a month**, daily life was pretty much back to normal. The swelling had gone down toward my stomach area for a while, to the point where I was like 'wait, is this fat or swelling?' lol. When I tried to straighten my shoulders, my chest muscles felt really tight, so I did a lot of stretching to gradually loosen them up while working on my posture. **Starting around month 3**, I was running around and even lifting somewhat heavy things, basically back to my normal routine. Just to be safe, I wore a sports bra pretty much around the clock. And now I'm at **6 months post-op, 75D cup**!!! I can run, lift heavy stuff, and even sleeping without a bra is totally fine. Even just wearing a built-in cup tank top shows a natural cleavage, so I've gained a lot of confidence lately. The biggest win for me is how different my silhouette looks in clothes now. I've heard some people say their trapezius muscles hurt from the added weight, but I haven't really felt that so far. There's some sensation of pressure when I lie down, but it's not uncomfortable enough to bother me. Most of all, my chest feels really soft right now. When I touch it there's no hard feeling at all — it just feels soft and natural, which makes me really happy about it. No particular side effects so far either. Before surgery I honestly doubted such a short surgery time was even possible, but after actually going through the **27 min. surgery** and the whole recovery process, I kind of get why people call Dr. Kim Uigeon the go-to for a hardly-any-pain recovery. Of course everyone's pain level and recovery are different, but mine went a lot more smoothly than I expected. Now that it's been 6 months, if I had to sum it up in one line — I'm really glad I did it. Whether I'm getting dressed or looking in the mirror, I definitely feel more confident than before.
