Motiva 300/320cc Breast Augmentation + Accessory Breast Removal: Week 1 Review

It's been about a week since my surgery at UNE in Sinnonhyeon.

I liked the look of their before/after photos, so that's what made me decide. I was torn between UNE and Wish, but after my consultation I just went with UNE right away.

Dr. Kim Uigeon's explanation was so thorough and friendly that I felt like I could really trust him.

I went with Motiva, 300cc on one side and 320cc on the other.

There's still some swelling, so the upper area and the sides feel a little firm when I touch them.

I was told this is just a normal part of the healing process, so I'm not too worried about it.

I only have bruising where the accessory breast tissue was removed, and even that's pretty minimal. Overall my recovery has been going faster than I expected.

Honestly, I barely felt any pain.

Even on the day of surgery and the day after, it was more of a tight, achy feeling than actual pain, and I didn't need much medication for it. Moving my arms was easier than I thought too, so as long as I was careful, I could go about my daily life without much trouble.

The day of surgery was a little uncomfortable, but starting the very next day I was able to shower and even do housework.

I just rested over the weekend and went back to work Monday.

From the consultation to the surgery itself to the aftercare, I've been happy with the whole experience.

Dr. Kim explained the size and shape options based on my body type, which really put my mind at ease,

and the coordinator was so kind and attentive both before and after surgery that I never once felt anxious about anything. I also liked that there was no pushy sales pitch — the whole atmosphere was calm and relaxed.

It's not the final result yet, but even at this stage things already feel like they're settling in naturally,

so I'm looking forward to seeing how it continues to change. So far, I feel like I made the right choice.
