Breast augmentation before and after — real patient review | UNE Plastic Surgery

It's already been a month since my surgery~

I've got a bit more breathing room now, so I wanted to sit down and write a proper review.

For about the first week after surgery, it wasn't really pain so much as a tight, sore-muscle kind of feeling.

It was more like stiffness than actual pain, so it didn't get in the way of daily life much,

and after that, I didn't really have any issues at all.

I had my surgery on a Friday,

and I was super worried about a small work thing I had the next day (Saturday), but I actually felt fine enough to go through with it.

As long as I didn't push myself too hard, I was in good enough shape to manage,

and by Monday I was back to my normal work routine.

I recovered faster than I expected, which honestly surprised me a little.

Now that a month has passed,

most of the major swelling has gone down and the shape has pretty much settled into place.

The scars have healed so well that you'd barely notice them unless you were really looking.

As for how it feels, the lower part is already soft, and only the upper area still feels a little swollen.

I think it'll keep looking more natural as more time passes.

What really surprised me most was how well everything progressed after surgery.

Maybe because the surgery itself was over quickly, I recovered smoothly and the whole process went a lot better than I'd worried it would.

I get why people say he's basically famous for keeping the discomfort to a minimum — now I understand what that's about.

Right now I only wear a compression bra while sleeping,

and during the day I switch between the sports bra the clinic gave me and the compression bra, depending on the situation.

One tip that personally helped me a lot:

wearing the compression bra over a tank top kept it from rubbing against my skin, which made things a lot more comfortable.

It cut down on the irritation so much that I actually found the compression bra more comfortable than the sports bra.

I'm not fully done with recovery yet,

but at the one-month mark, I'm overall happy with how things are going and healing well.

Both the shape and the feel are already satisfying for just one month in~

Dr. Kim Uigeon at UNE has such a great eye for aesthetics and really knows how to keep things as comfortable as possible — I'd totally suggest him~

This one's a bit embarrassing, but it's my before photo.
