Breast Augmentation: 1 Month Post-Op, Healed Smoothly and Back to Normal Life

It's been a month since I had my surgery with Dr. Kim Uigeon at UNE

already, wow!! :-)

I kept wondering when time would pass, but

I think I spent the month well, focusing on recovery.

Before surgery I used to go to the golf range almost every day

since I love it so much,

I was really looking forward to hitting the one month mark

and as soon as I passed one month, I started practicing my approach shots

At first it felt a little awkward and there was some tightness,

kind of a pulling feeling,

but surprisingly, after a few days there was no discomfort at all!!

Also, right after the one month mark, I could feel the tissue loosening up

and it's felt a little softer

every single day :-)

The occasional zinging feeling only happens once in a while now,

and I'm doing really well with no issues in my daily life!

I think having a shorter surgery time

made the biggest difference in healing smoothly.
