It's been one month since my breast augmentation with Dr. Kim Uigeon at UNE Plastic Surgery - Motiva, subfascial, through a transaxillary incision!

I first heard about the clinic through a review, then read their website and community posts. What appealed to me was that the surgery finishes in under half an hour, with no drains and no stitches to remove - so I booked a consultation right away!

At the consultation, they explained with slides why the surgery finishes quickly, what the benefits of a shorter operation are, and much more. It felt very professional!

In the recovery room after surgery, more than pain, I remember shivering hard because I was so cold - that was honestly the hardest part.

Back home, the day of surgery hurt a bit more than I expected, but I slept all day on day two, and by day three the major pain was mostly gone! On days 4-5 I washed my hair and showered by myself - carefully, but without much difficulty!

After that, I felt I could handle everyday life, and if you have a desk job, I think going back at days 5-7 is entirely doable!

My job involves lifting heavy things, so just in case, I delayed as long as I could and returned on day 13 - and it was fine!

From past the two-week mark, my breasts started settling and taking shape, and the lower part was already squishy-soft!!

Now at one month, the upper part is still a bit firm, but below the nipple line they're so soft it amazes me...! And I can feel them getting softer as time passes! I'm waiting for the upper part to soften up more, too.

The swelling seems mostly gone, but some residual swelling must remain, so I'll have to wait and see - honestly I'm a little worried because I hope they don't get any smaller than they are now!

In my case it wasn't numbness - the nipple area was overly sensitive, which was hard, but it has mostly calmed down!

My clothes definitely fit prettier now, and my confidence is up...!! When I meet friends they go, 'Did your chest get bigger?' 'Where did that volume come from?' - some even asked if I'd had surgery, haha!

Since I rarely need to raise my arms anyway, I just wear tank tops or throw on a cardigan, and the fit is amazing! The scar looks like a single line. Now that I'm at one month, I've started applying scar ointment and I'm keeping at it!
