Starting from an A
After childbirth and breastfeeding, plus five years of hard dieting and exercise, my breasts had all but vanished and sagged — so I made up my mind.
I consulted at other clinics too, but UNE showed the most expertise and confidence about comfortable recovery, and both the consultant and the director were the kindest and most trustworthy of anywhere, so I decided here.
After surgery I woke up hurting and miserable, but they said I could be discharged, so I took a taxi home (dressing hurt, but come to think of it, I somehow even managed to tie my hair back). Within about three days, I was suddenly fine.
The most painful part, though, was my shoulder blades aching at night — I kept waking up. A massager with rolling balls for the back would have made it completely bearable.. I did not think of it, so I slept miserably.
And a word about size…
You may worry — what if it is so big I get embarrassed?
But even in skin-tight clothes it hardly shows,
so do not sit there thinking, should I take out 20cc? Just pick the largest of the sizes the director recommends (which already account for your breast pocket and so on).
I read practically every forum post agonizing over that decision.
