Mentor Xtra 340/375cc: 1 Month Review: Upper Pole Fullness Gone, Softer Texture

So it's already been a month since my breast surgery!

Work's been super busy and honestly I've been kind of lazy about it too... I have unlimited capsule care sessions but I've only gone once, ugh. I'm not great at aftercare tbh. I'm planning to go get checked either this week or next :)

When I first started looking into breast surgery, I heard rumors about Dr. Kim Uigeon and people saying his surgery was under half an hour with hardly any pain, so I decided pretty quickly to go for it lol. If you check my previous post, I wrote about how things looked at 1 week and the discomfort I had!

The photo above is me wearing a bra with about 3cm pads, the kind I used to wear before. What do you guys think...?

Honestly, if I don't wear a padded bra or push them together with my hands, there's no cleavage! It would've been nice to have a bit more coming together naturally, but if the cleavage looks too forced it ends up looking unnatural, so I'm happy with how it turned out :)

So how's the progress going?

First off, they've gotten really soft, but not quite as soft as natural breast tissue yet lol. It's more like a firm-but-soft feeling...?

It's been about a month and 4-5 days, and within just a week they suddenly got a lot softer! The swelling still varies between morning and evening though.

The upper pole fullness completely disappeared after about 3 weeks.

I've seen reviews where people said their nipple sensation didn't come back, but for me the left side had sensation right after surgery, and the right side seemed to come back after about 1-2 weeks.

I used to have slightly inverted nipples without stimulation, and Dr. Kim told me before surgery that it would improve by like 80-90%, and it turned out to be true lol!

The one thing I'm slightly bummed about is that I wish I'd gone with a bigger implant size. My natural breast tissue wasn't really soft to begin with, it had more elasticity, so I feel like if I'd gone bigger it might have looked more like a natural rounder shape instead of a UU shape, more like it was really projecting forward, you know?

✔️ Really think it through before surgery when it comes to size!

For reference I got Mentor Xtra 340/375...? (I have a memory like a goldfish so I don't remember the exact size anymore, I think it was around this though lol)
