Just like that, it has been a month since my breast surgery!

Truth be told, work is hectic and I am a bit lazy.. my Caps sessions are unlimited but I have only made it once ㅜㅜ I am admittedly not great at aftercare.. I plan to go in for a progress check this week or next :)

When I first researched breast surgery, the director's reputation for short operations and comfortable recoveries — plus word of mouth around me — had me moving at full speed ???? My previous post covers my one-week progress and pain notes!

The photo above is with the 3cm-padded bra I used to wear. What do you think..?

Truthfully, without a padded bra or pressing them together by hand, the cleavage does not form on its own! More gathering would have been nice, but an artificial-looking cleavage would be less natural, so I am content :)

So, the progress report:

They have become genuinely soft, though not yet the softness of natural breasts, haha. A sort of bouncy-soft feel..?

It has been about 4-5 days past the one-month mark, and in just the last week they suddenly? softened further! Morning and evening swelling still differ.

➰ The upper bulge disappeared completely at around three weeks.

➰ Some reviews mention nipple sensation not returning; my left side had sensation immediately after surgery, and the right came back after about 1-2 weeks.

➰ I had mildly inverted nipples when unstimulated, and the director predicted 80-90% improvement before surgery — and he was right, hahaha!

➰ My one slight regret: I wish I had tried on larger sizers too. My original breasts had elasticity rather than softness, so going bigger might not have turned into a rocket launch after all — it might have simply looked like naturally large breasts in a UU shape.

For reference, mine were Mentor Xtra 340 and 375..? (Goldfish memory — I have already forgotten the exact sizes TT, but it was around there.)
