Sharing my 7 month post-op review, haha
So I had my surgery with Dr. Kim Uigeon at UNE back in December!
I used to have basically no chest at all, so my friends would joke that baby clothes would probably fit me
We'd laugh about it like it was just a joke, but honestly, even if it sounds funny when people say it,
when the comments keep piling up, it actually stings a lot more than people realize, you know?
I was always the one getting teased like that, so I think I'd been thinking about getting surgery ever since I became an adult
Now I'm so happy I actually went through with it!
At my consultation, I ended up going just a tiny bit bigger than what Dr. Kim originally recommended
He said that size would still be fine, but going any bigger than that might feel uncomfortable
So I decided to stop right there and not get greedy with the size
Went with Mentor Boost, Moderate profile, 390cc!!
People always say plastic surgery is all about self-satisfaction, but...
even now, every time I shower and see my chest, I'm genuinely so happy with it
I used to worry that going from having no chest at all to having actual volume would feel really heavy
but honestly, I don't really notice much heaviness at all
nothing about it feels heavy to me
though I do need to stretch my shoulders and back out more often than before
it actually feels really good when I stretch, so I've been doing it a lot!
since I finally got the chest I wanted, of course I'll take care of it
it honestly feels like it's really mine now, if that makes sense...
