This is my one-month post-op update! The first and second days had some soreness from chest exercises, but after that, daily life went smoothly for the entire month. Even with underwire bras, there wasn't any significant discomfort or inconvenience.~

Normally I recover slowly and tend to swell easily, but this time the recovery seemed surprisingly fast ^^ It's amazing!

I learned that the shorter surgical time helps significantly reduce capsular contracture and infection rates, and supports faster recovery speed~

At this point, I've recovered so well that I've almost forgotten I had surgery ^^ .

That's why I need to be even more careful going forward ^^
