160cm 43kg Slim Build Breast Augmentation: 1-Month C Cup Volume Results

It's already been a month since my breast surgery! Time really flew by, ha ha. I was pretty worried before the surgery, but now I'm going about my daily life with zero issues, so looking back, I feel like I worried way too much a month ago. Comparing it to other clinics, since UNE specializes in breast surgery, the depth of the consultation was just different from the start.

I went in for my 1-month checkup with Dr. Kim Uigeon recently, and he told me my recovery is going well, which put me even more at ease. Now that I'm at the 1-month mark, I've graduated from the compression bra and switched over to a sports bra, and honestly my body feels so much more comfortable now! He mentioned that wearing a sports bra will gradually help bring the breasts closer together too.

At this point the swelling's pretty much all gone down, and the shape keeps looking more and more natural. The before-and-after difference is really noticeable, so every time I put on clothes I'm getting more and more satisfied. Every time I look in the mirror I think, I'm so glad I got this done, ha ha.

Since I'm about 160cm and 43kg, on the slimmer side, I was really worried before surgery that it might look too obvious or unnatural on my frame. But as time goes on, I can see it settling into my body more and more naturally, so that worry pretty much disappeared. During my 1-month checkup they measured my size too, and apparently I'm currently at about a C to full C cup! I got the volume I wanted while it still blends naturally with my body type, so I'm really happy with it. Even in clothes, the line looks pretty without looking overdone, and I've gained a lot more confidence than before.

The texture isn't fully soft yet, but with regular capsule care I can feel it gradually getting softer. They told me it's all part of the recovery process, so I'm not rushing it and just taking my time.

My job involves using my arms a lot, so before surgery I was most worried about getting back to daily life and work. But once I actually went back to work, I never once had a hard time. Recovery went faster than I expected, so it didn't get in the way of my job at all, and there was hardly anything uncomfortable or difficult in everyday life either. If I had to pick one thing, it'd be that I still have to sleep on my back for now? Other than that, there's really nothing else that bothers me, ha ha.

There's no discomfort left at all now, and recently I started applying scar cream too. They said the scar will keep fading over time, so I'm keeping up with the care.

Above all, I get why people talk about UNE's under-half-hour breast surgery and close to no discomfort — now I really understand it. Maybe because the surgery time was so short, recovery went smoothly, and they took such careful care of me afterward that I could recover with real peace of mind. I'm still only at the 1-month mark so there's more time for things to settle and the texture to improve, but I'm already plenty happy with it, and I'm even more excited for what's ahead.
