It has already been a month since my surgery.

At this progress visit I had my second Caps treatment, and honestly I am not sure yet what effect it has. I did not notice any particular change in feel or anything dramatic.

What concerns me most right now is the bruising still remaining along the left inframammary area. At first I assumed it was just a bruise and waited, but it has lingered longer than expected and looks almost like pigmentation. The director suggested two more Healite sessions for the bruising.

I am happy with the overall shape, but the right breast tends to drift inward, so my cleavage gap is on the narrow side, he said. He explained I should massage the right side outward, from inside out.

Because the cleavage gap is narrow, they also adjusted my compression bra tighter. Honestly, I expected this visit to be the end of the compression bra, but instead I was told to keep at it even more diligently, which was a little disheartening ㅠㅠ

Thankfully, I have graduated from the upper band! I had been wearing it only for sleep, and now I no longer need it. Side sleeping is still off-limits though, so I will have to hold out a bit longer.

Pain is essentially gone. Throughout the month there was no particular tingling or soreness, and daily life has been largely comfortable.

What matters most is the result — and I am happy both in clothes and out of them. Right after surgery they looked smaller than expected and I briefly wondered if I should have gone with 350cc, but as time passes the shape keeps getting more natural, so for now I am watching contentedly.

There is still bruising and more settling to go, but at the one-month mark, recovery has been steady and the result pleasing. The scars are clean too. Next time I will post scar photos as well.

I am still in the compression bra, so I have not been able to buy regular bras yet ㅠ

I tried on a cap-less top I used to wear before surgery.

Being able to get that look without any padding makes me happy.
