Mentor Xtra Breast Augmentation + Accessory Breast Lipo: 1 Month Review

I'm 1 month post-op now, got Mentor Xtra plus accessory breast lipo done at UNE.

My chest was so swollen right after surgery it felt like it was going to burst, but even just a month in it's looking a lot more natural. The nipple swelling has gone down a lot too. I've been keeping up with the capsular contracture prevention meds and getting capsule care once a week without skipping. It's still a little firm/tight, but the texture keeps getting better.

I finally graduated from the compression bra to a sports bra,

but since it's been a while since I wore anything that closes in the front, it actually felt more constricting than I expected.

Dr. Kim said the upper part of my breasts needs to settle down a bit more, so for sleeping

he told me to wear the compression bra along with the upper band.
