Breast Surgery: 1 Month Update, Happy with Shape and Feel After 4 Capsule Care Sessions

It's already been over a month since I got my breast surgery done at UNE. This month has really been about settling in and getting comfortable with everything. Since they specialize in breast surgery, the aftercare was really systematic, and they were thorough about checking my progress too.

Up until week 2, my mind was basically glued to my chest 24/7, but now I've reached the point where I barely think about it anymore, haha. I've already had 4 capsule care sessions, and thanks to that the texture has gotten so much better. I'm happy with both the shape and the size.

At first I thought they looked way too big because of the swelling, but lately I've been thinking I should've just gone bigger, hahaha.

I worried so much before the surgery, but honestly it barely hurt at all and wasn't nearly as rough as I expected — made all that worrying feel kind of pointless. I think that's thanks to Dr. Kim Uigeon's skilled hands — he's known for how short his surgeries are.

This is my 1 month update, and so far everything's been fine with no issues or side effects. I'm planning to stay careful and take it easy for the next 6 months.

I hope my chest settles into a more natural look soon and doesn't shrink any further, hahahaha.
