Complex Case Breast Surgery, 52 Min: Week 1 Review

I was so nervous and stressed out before the surgery, but from the moment I got to the clinic, Dr. Kim, the coordinator, and even the staff in the operating room were all so kind that my nerves just melted away. You could really tell this is a breast-specialty clinic — Dr. Kim's years of focusing only on breast surgery really showed in how skilled he was.

He explained every single detail so thoroughly and kept reassuring me the whole way through, so I felt like I could really trust him going into surgery.

My breast structure was a bit more complicated than the average case, but I was honestly shocked when I found out Dr. Kim finished the whole surgery in about 52 minutes.

I don't remember anything after they put me under, and the next thing I knew I was already waking up in recovery.

I healed up quickly enough that after resting a bit, I was able to just grab a taxi and head home the same day.

Of course there was some soreness and discomfort on the first day, but I figured that's just normal after surgery and made sure to rest as much as I needed.

By the second day the pain started easing up, and by the third day moving around was so much easier.

By day four I was basically back to my normal routine — the recovery was that quick.

Everything healed up so much more smoothly than I expected, and I'm really happy about that.

But honestly, what I'm most thankful for is the actual result.

I'd been dealing with stress and insecurity over my chest shape since I was young, it really got to me...

Every time someone noticed and asked what was going on with my chest, my confidence would take a hit, and it messed with me mentally too. But thanks to Dr. Kim's skill, my chest shape looks so natural and normal now that I don't have to worry about any of that anymore — I'm just so happy...
