405cc/370cc Breast Augmentation: Inframammary Dual Plane Week 1 Review

So I had a bigger frame, about 82cm chest, 14cm breast base, 166cm tall, and was an AA cup. I went with 405cc on the left, 370cc on the right, inframammary incision with dual plane. I actually wanted to go even bigger, but Dr. Kim and the coordinator talked me out of it since they were worried it might make my frame look bulkier — looking back, I'm so glad they did! Going with a size that doesn't look overdone makes me even happier with the result.

I went to several consultations before choosing UNE. Both the coordinator and Dr. Kim were so kind and gave me really detailed explanations, and they even caught and pointed out things other clinics had completely missed.

That gave me a lot of confidence in them, and since they never pressured me to book right away, I could go through the whole consultation feeling relaxed.

Surgery took about 40 min., and since it was an inframammary incision, I had no issues using my arms afterward. I'm super happy with the shape too! Honestly the only thing I regret is not doing this sooner. I wish I'd done it way earlier, ugh...

So if any of you are still stressing over having small boobs, stop overthinking it and just head straight to UNE, haha!
