Mentor Xtra 325cc Breast Aug + Accessory Breast Removal: 3-Month Review

Height: 158cm
Weight: 57-58kg
Chest: 75cm
Bust: 81cm -> Now after surgery: 91cm
Implants: Mentor Xtra 325cc (same both sides)
Surgery method: axillary incision / subfascial
My situation:
- Was about a 75AA, basically nothing there
- I love working out — high intensity stuff like CrossFit and heavy lifting
Why I chose UNE:
- At other clinics they only recommended dual plane. Since I work out a lot, I wanted subfascial, and Dr. Kim said so confidently that he could do both subfascial and axillary that it really won my trust
- This clinic is known for short surgery times (short surgery time = less bleeding = healed smoothly = means the doctor's skill is good = higher chance of the discomfort being manageable)
- They didn't push any specific implant size on me, just recommended a natural size
- Close to Sinnonhyeon station (location mattered a lot since I had to go in every week)
- Not a factory-style clinic — one dedicated doctor, plus an anesthesiologist on site
- Like most clinics these days, unlimited capsule care and CCTV access
3-Month Review:
- 3 months went by so fast
- Now it really feels like my own chest. No discomfort at all in daily life or working out
- Lying on my stomach is a bit uncomfortable, but I think even people with natural breasts this size would feel the same
- The texture is satisfying even now, and I do expect it to get even better, though I know there's probably a limit with implants (still, satisfaction-wise it's no boobs<<<<<< - My axillary scars are healing up nicely too. Before surgery I figured inframammary scars < axillary scars, but now I kind of regret not going inframammary so I could wear tank tops... T_T - I just want to get out of these surgical bras and wear cute lingerie already Before After — Moon** · UNE Plastic Surgery Breast Augmentation Review This review is based on a personal experience, and individual results may vary.
