Mentor Xtra 325cc Breast Augmentation + Accessory Breast Removal: 2 Month Review

Bust: 81cm -> now after surgery: 91cm. You could really tell this place specializes in breast surgery. Dr. Kim has been doing nothing but breast procedures, so you could totally feel that experience.

Implants: Mentor Xtra 325cc (same on both sides)

Surgical method: axillary incision / subfascial

Details:

- Was about a 75AA before, basically nothing going on up there lol

- Into high-intensity workouts (CrossFit, heavy lifting)

Why I chose UNE:

- At other clinics they only pushed dual plane. Since I love working out, I really wanted subfascial, and Dr. Kim told me confidently that both subfascial and axillary incision were doable, which gave me a lot of confidence in him.

- This clinic is known for short surgery times (short surgery time = less bleeding = healed smoothly = shows how skilled Dr. Kim is = higher chance of getting close to no discomfort)

- Doesn't push implants on you, just recommends a size that looks natural

- Close to Sinnonhyeon station (since you have to come in weekly, location mattered a lot to me)

- Not a factory-style clinic — one dedicated doctor and an anesthesiologist on site at all times

- Like most clinics these days, unlimited capsule care and you can check the CCTV

2 month review:

- It's honestly hard to believe it's only been 2 months, it feels that natural already

- The implants are settling down bit by bit naturally, so the upper fullness is fading

- The bottom and sides are nice and soft (really happy with this), while the top is still a bit firm in comparison (getting capsule care once a week)

- Zero discomfort even lying on my side

- Working out and running in a high-support sports bra (just skipping chest exercises)

- The swelling from the accessory breast removal is completely gone, but since the bruising was pretty bad at first, there's still a little residual bruising

- The thing I love most is honestly how my clothes fit now. I've always loved fitted clothes, and the fit is just perfect for me now.
