Breast augmentation before and after — real patient review | UNE Plastic Surgery

This is a totally genuine and honest review!

(The hospital asked me to leave a review at the 3-month mark, and I'm doing so—this is not a compensated review at all. I didn't receive anything in return. I'm usually too lazy and hate writing, but I'm sharing this review out of gratitude for how well the surgery turned out.)

The surgery itself was incredibly fast (about 2 hours including prep).

It took about 30 minutes to wake up from anesthesia, and I stayed at the hospital for an hour. There was only brief pain as I was waking up, but after 40 minutes it started feeling better, and by an hour and a half later, I felt completely fine.

I know it sounds unbelievable, but really—totally fine!

An hour and a half after surgery, I walked home and went about my daily life with no problems at all.

(Of course, I was advised to be careful with my arms. They told me from the start not to use them much, even though there wasn't pain.)

Right after surgery, the feel of my breasts was great too (I thought they'd feel really hard, but they didn't at all).

I was surprised by how natural they looked.

You can't even tell I had surgery—they feel like my own breasts, glamorous and full. (Maybe I just have good healing genes.)

I didn't shop around prices at different clinics. I knew someone through a friend of a friend who does post-op massage work for cosmetic surgery patients.

Through her professional connections with surgery patients, she mentioned which clinics do really good work. For breast surgery, she recommended UNE Plastic Surgery and one other place.

My first consultation was at UNE Plastic Surgery. The surgeon explained everything in detail, and I could sense real confidence in this field—almost an air of knowing they're the best.

So I didn't visit the other place and booked right away with a deposit (typical me—lazy. I figured consultations at multiple places wouldn't tell me much about actual results anyway, so I just went with my gut feeling).

The results... I'm honestly thrilled. Since it was summer, even in a thin t-shirt my clothes fit better. At first I was worried and asked for a moderate, conservative size, but right before going into the OR, I changed my mind and asked to go a size bigger.

I'm so glad I did that. Right after surgery, I thought they looked too big, but as the swelling goes down, I'll be 100% grateful I didn't go bigger.

If you're going to do it, I'd recommend going as large as possible while staying natural and proportional to your frame. (This is just my opinion—definitely discuss with your surgeon.)

I'm typing this on my phone, so it's a bit all over the place—sorry about that. Breast surgery is expensive and not as simple as a double eyelid procedure, so I know people considering it have a lot of doubts. I did too. But now that I've done it, I really think it was the right choice.

Everyone has different body types.

Bodies are all different, and obviously some people do experience complications, so I want to emphasize that this breast surgery review is purely my personal experience. Please take it as just one perspective.

To everyone reading this—I hope you have a safe surgery with no complications! (By the way, my mom saw my results and now wants to do it too. ^^)
