Hello! I am back — it has already been a month since my surgery.

I had Motiva 285cc on both sides, through a transaxillary (armpit) incision!

My one-month verdict: it amazes me that daily life is completely unaffected!! I had about three tough days right after the operation, and after that I adjusted quickly and have been doing fine~!

I wanted a natural look, so I was torn between two clinics!! In the end, the operation time and surgical method here resonated with me more, so I chose UNE. The reputation for short-operation-time breast surgery gave me confidence, and above all I heard many patients here have a very comfortable recovery, so UNE was my final pick!

After surgery my right side was completely comfortable and only slight pain on the left! I already knew my skin type might make it a bit more tender, so I was not too worried! I diligently applied the stretch-mark cream from the clinic and kept taking the contracture-prevention medication.

Now at one month the swelling has clearly gone down, so my chest feels slightly smaller(?) hahaha compared to right after surgery. But since this is the size I wanted, no regrets~!

They said cardio and lower-body workouts are allowed from one month, but I am just doing light stretching at home!! I tend to be conservative and careful with post-op care! I finished the full month of contracture medication too! Thankfully there were no major side effects~~! People mention breakouts on the chest or back, but oddly I only got a patch on the back of my right arm.. hahaha. It appeared right around the time I finished the medication, so with some ointment and care it should clear up soon.

I have to wear a sports bra until six months, so I am avoiding low-cut tanks and tight tees! Since I cannot wear them out, I hold little fashion shows for myself at home..? hahaㅠㅠ I cannot wait to graduate from the sports bra!

They said I can sleep on my side now, but after using that cervical pillow I have gotten used to sleeping on my back haha, so I still keep the position..?

Compared to day one, the firmness has loosened a lot, but it is still on the taut side ㅠㅜ. Caps care clearly softens it, but it firms back up over time — I think the texture just needs more time!

I do not even want to think about how I looked before surgery ㅠhaha.

I agonized over this ever since becoming an adult! I am so happy now, and I hope the feel gets even softer soon!!
