I came in just for a consultation, but I\'m glad I looked around. The manager consulted with me first, then Dr. Kim. (I sweat a lot when I\'m embarrassed or nervous, and they turned on the AC and even wiped my back—I\'m so grateful.)

The doctor explained breast surgery on the computer so thoroughly that I didn\'t have any questions afterward.

★Surgery Day (Saturday, November 12, 2022)

I listened to the manager\'s pre-surgery explanation, signed the consent form, changed clothes, washed up, and gargled. Before heading to the OR, they designed my breast contours and I entered the operating room. The doctor, manager, and surgical nurses were all so kind—I felt great about choosing this hospital.

It felt like no time passed before I woke up in recovery. Once I opened my eyes, there was underarm soreness and some tightness around the sternum area, but it was manageable. I wore a button-up shirt, but my nipples were rubbing against it—that sharp feeling made me buy a temporary tape at the pharmacy and apply it. I came home safely and had some porridge.

★Days 1–5

Lying flat in bed and getting up were uncomfortable. My stamina was poor.

★Day 3

I washed my hair loosely—felt so refreshed. From day 3 onward, I took walks near my house.

★Day 6

Lying flat and getting up became easier. The doctor said I could shower the day after surgery, but I actually showered on day 6.

★Day 8

I went to the hospital, briefly spoke with the manager, and Dr. Kim checked my condition and asked if I had any questions. I didn\'t. I received highlight treatment and was told I don\'t need to wear the upper band anymore—freedom from the band as of today! Capsular contracture prevention starts today too.

I didn\'t know stretch marks would appear on my breasts, but they did. I\'m applying moisturizer and oil to prevent them from worsening. I\'m regretful I didn\'t do this when I was younger. My tuberous breasts were severe, but the doctor did such a beautiful job—I\'m so satisfied and looking forward to each day.
