Sebbin Micro 360cc 1 Week: Pectus-Type Chest (A75) Correction Review

Before surgery my bra size was A75, and my pectus-type chest was pretty severe

Axillary incision / Sebbin microtexture

I was recommended either 330 or 360, and ended up going with 360cc on both sides

No drains

No stitches to remove

Discharged same day

I only went in planning to just get a consultation, but I'm glad I didn't bother checking out other clinics

I talked with the coordinator first, then had a separate consultation with Dr. Kim

(I tend to sweat a ton when I'm nervous or embarrassed, and they turned on the AC for me and even wiped my back — I was so grateful)

Dr. Kim explained the surgery so thoroughly on the computer that I didn't have a single question left

★Day of Surgery (Saturday, Nov 12, 2022)

Before the surgery, I listened to the coordinator's explanation, signed the consent form, changed clothes, washed my face and rinsed my mouth, had my chest marked for the design, then headed into the OR

Dr. Kim, the coordinator, and the OR staff were all so kind that I really felt like I'd picked the right clinic

It felt like I'd barely closed my eyes in the OR before I was waking up in recovery

Once I opened my eyes in recovery, my armpits hurt and my chest/solar plexus area felt a bit tight, but other than that it was manageable

Even though I wore a button-up shirt, every time my nipples brushed against the fabric it gave a little zing

so I stopped by the pharmacy for some nipple pads to wear temporarily, made it home safely, and ordered some porridge

★Day 1 ~ Day 5

Lying flat on the bed and getting up from lying down were both uncomfortable

My stamina was basically nonexistent, lol

★Day 3

I gave my hair a quick wash and it felt so refreshing — starting from day 3 I began walking near my house

★Day 6

Sleeping flat and getting up from lying down both got easier. They said I could shower starting the day after surgery, but I waited until day 6 to actually try it

★Day 8

I went to the clinic, chatted with the coordinator for a bit, then Dr. Kim checked how I was doing and asked if I had any questions — I didn't, so I just said no

I got some kind of highlight(?) treatment, and they told me I didn't need to wear the upper band anymore, so I'm finally free from it starting today!

Also started on the capsular contracture medication today~

I didn't expect to get stretch marks on my chest, but I did, so now I've been applying moisturizer and oil whenever I get a chance to keep them from getting worse

I keep regretting not doing this even a year earlier — why did I wait so long

My pectus-type chest was pretty severe, but they did such a pretty job with the surgery that I'm really happy, and I'm looking forward to seeing more progress every day
