Motiva 300cc: Week 1 Review: Choosing a Postpartum Breast Surgery Specialist

I'd been thinking about getting breast surgery after having my baby for a while...

but I finally felt like I couldn't put it off any longer, so I started researching clinics online and that's how I found this place.

Here's what I was looking for when picking a clinic:

1. Is it a clinic that specializes in breast surgery?

2. Does the doctor himself do the consultation and the surgery?

3. Are there detailed reviews covering the whole process?

Those were my criteria.

UNE checked all three boxes, so I went with them,

and I really think I made the right call

I'm super anxious by nature so I was worried, but Dr. Kim Uigeon walked me through everything in detail during the consultation, and the coordinator really helped calm me down too.

I even asked them to book me the earliest possible date after my consultation...

and ended up having surgery the very next day, lol.

The surgery itself only took 37 minutes (seriously fast), recovery took about 2 hours, and I was discharged and sent home right after.

The only pain I really remember is right after waking up from anesthesia — once I got home, I honestly can't even recall feeling much pain, it was pretty manageable overall.

I went back to work like normal the very next day, could change clothes just fine, and didn't have any trouble with daily life.

There was no visible bruising, and instead of stitches the axillary incision was closed with surgical adhesive, so it looked really clean and was easy to take care of. It's been a week now, and other than some muscle tightness when I wake up, there's barely any swelling and I'm really happy with how my breasts look ✌️

I'm not usually someone who heals fast, but with pain this manageable and healing this smooth, I really think the short surgery time played a big part.

If you're on the fence about which clinic to choose, I'd totally suggest UNE...!!

I'm so excited thinking about how the shape and feel are only going to get better from here
