Hi! From my very first consultation, I made it clear that I didn't want anything too large or imposing—just something proportionate. I had some time before surgery and did a bit of research, and honestly got tempted for a moment, but once I realized my realistic limit was 240cc, it actually put my mind at ease. I went into the OR completely relaxed, felt a little cold, fell asleep right away, and woke up with breasts. Perfect.
I remember the surgery took about 39 minutes, though I was pretty out of it going in.
In recovery, the compression band was fastened so tightly at first that breathing felt hard—so I didn't even realize there was pain, just sat there focusing on breathing. By discharge time I thought, "Wait, does it hurt?" so I took pain meds and even Tylenol in the car. After that it was just a heavy feeling, and my nipples were sore until I used a nipple patch, which made it totally manageable.
Days 2–3 I stayed on top of my meds and did fine. Around day 3 or 4 the constipation cleared up—felt great—but then swelling kicked in hard. My collarbone and ribs disappeared and the heaviness was rough, so I started walking a lot. By days 10–11 I'd brought the swelling down almost completely.
I hit 43kg at my peak. It's expensive, but I hated the swelling more, so taking Gaine-su for 10 days while doing daily walks really seemed to help.
I honestly didn't feel like my body was too limited to move, so I wondered if it was basically painless—but days 1–2 definitely weren't pain-free, so that's not quite accurate. Anyway, I washed up by day 3, and only two weeks in I already feel so comfortable that I'm actually worried I'm not being careful enough.
The shape is still settling, so I'm giving it time to mature. I'm really satisfied with the size—it's just right, like a natural, proportionate bust.
Oh, and on surgery day the asymmetry wasn't as bad as I feared, so we placed 240cc evenly on both sides!
My skin bruises easily, so I was worried about heavy bruising, but the director and staff looked at the photos and reassured me it was normal. After one Highlight session, the bruising on my left side disappeared, and after the second session, my right side cleared up—I was amazed by Highlight. I think the bruising from the anesthesia injection site was just my skin being sensitive. Anyway, a shorter surgery time really does help recovery—my body felt light so fast and it was so comfortable. The director listened to my preferences and didn't push anything unnecessary, so I felt completely at ease during consultation, booked right away, and trusted the process.
