Breast Revision: Subfascial Motiva 320cc, Week 1 Review

I had my first breast augmentation back in 2019 and everything was fine for about 7 years,

but then I felt a lump under my right breast.

I went in for a regular checkup that included a breast ultrasound, and at the university hospital,

I was diagnosed with a rupture, so I started looking into revision surgery clinics,

and ended up getting my revision done at UNE!!!

Honestly, if I'd gone back to the clinic where I had my first surgery,

it would've been quite a bit cheaper...

but between the consultation and just everything else, I was so uneasy about it

so I kept researching everywhere, and stumbled across UNE on YouTube! I called right away, booked a consultation, met with Dr. Kim Uigeon, trusted him instantly, and had my surgery booked by the very next day!

Honestly, I was still super nervous right up until the morning of surgery,

and kept wondering if I should've looked into revision-specialist clinics more... but now I'm so happy with it, seriously!

My first surgery back in 2019 was done using the dual plane method,

and since I work as a fitness instructor and my animation deformity was pretty bad, Dr. Kim told me I needed to switch to subfascial placement this time.

I honestly had no clue what subfascial or dual plane even meant.

(I didn't look into any of it back in 2019 either, so I had no idea, and even up until my revision consultation this time I still didn't know... The coordinator asked me, 'Was your first one subfascial or dual plane?' and I was just like, subfascial? dual plane? what even is that?...)

That's when I finally found out my first surgery had been dual plane.

I couldn't decide on the surgical method right then,

so I said I'd think it over until the day of surgery,

and on the day itself I told them I wanted to stick with dual plane again,

but Dr. Kim kept saying, 'Hmm, I really think subfascial would work better for you...'

and kept gently pushing for it, so I trusted him and went with subfascial for the revision.

And honestly, the results — I'm really happy with them.

If I'd gone with dual plane again, I think I would've ended up regretting it.

Before surgery I remember having Bellagel, 325 or maybe 300?

This time I got Motiva 320cc on both sides,

and there's no size difference between them — they even adjusted for the difference in nipple height.

Honestly I figured not much would change since it was a revision, but the shape turned out so pretty, I almost teared up,

Seriously, so so happy with it!!!
