Breast Augmentation Week 1 Review: Surgery Under 30 Min., Same-Day Discharge

It's been about a week since I got breast augmentation at UNE Plastic Surgery, so here's my review!

I went to consultations at a bunch of places, but I picked UNE because I was worried about general anesthesia — the surgery time was short, the chances of getting on the pain management program were high, and since they specialize only in breast surgery, I trusted them more.

I watched a ton of their YouTube videos beforehand, and Dr. Kim Uigeon's aesthetic sense seemed similar to mine!

I think safety matters, but I also think aesthetic sense matters a lot.

So honestly, that's a big part of why I leaned toward Dr. Kim's consultation style haha

These days safety is a given, but finding a doctor whose aesthetic sense matches yours is the hard part, right?

Above all, he examined my breast condition the most thoroughly out of anywhere I went.

On the day of surgery, things like getting dressed were obviously a bit awkward, but there was nothing like severe pain or being in agony — none of that at all!

The surgery itself was over pretty quickly, somewhere around 32? minutes, under half an hour, and I safely went home the same day~

The armpit incision area was actually more uncomfortable than my breasts themselves..? haha

With breast augmentation, I feel like there's more to worry about after the surgery than the surgery itself lol

I'll know for sure once the swelling goes down, but I think it's going to turn out really pretty!
