Subfascial Revision: 3-Month Honest Review

I had my revision surgery done at UNE with Dr. Kim Uigeon using the subfascial method, and honestly, you can tell they specialize in breast surgery — it's just different. He's someone who's only focused on breast surgery, so you could really feel the expertise.

This is my review at a little over 3 months post-op!

I saw a 27 min. surgery review on YouTube and that's what made me go there

They said the shorter the surgery time, the less bleeding, and the less bleeding, the less pain

That was honestly the only reason I decided to go

Back in 2019 when I had my first breast surgery, the pain was seriously unbearable... even now, 8 years later, that memory is still so vivid, ugh

But two days after this surgery, I actually went out to get my eyebrows tattooed (I drove myself... I know I wasn't supposed to, lol). If I had to rate the pain the next day on a scale of 1-10, it was maybe a 2? But I still made myself rest at home just in case! By the day after that, the discomfort was basically gone.

Actually it feels like it's already been about 6 months since the surgery

I love working out, so I lift heavy stuff every single day, and aside from a very slight pulling sensation, there's zero discomfort in my daily life! I've been keeping up with the scar cream too.

When I first went to the clinic, I saw something written in the lobby about how Dr. Kim's father was a sculptor? and because he grew up looking at shapes and symmetry, he apparently has an exceptional eye for symmetry.

I remember thinking, 'what does that even have to do with anything...?' but after the surgery, I think I finally get it.

I honestly didn't even realize my breasts were uneven before the revision... I just lived with it without knowing.

Now the symmetry is amazing! And the shape is so pretty too.

When I wear a push-up bra, my cleavage looks so much better than before, and everything comes together so nicely! I'm so glad I trusted Dr. Kim and went with the subfascial method...!
